2. About SavLife
SavLife is an online ambulance listing and directory platform. We connect patients with registered ambulance owners in Chandrapur District, Maharashtra. SavLife is a connection platform — we do not operate ambulances directly.
3. For Patients (Free Users)
- Use of SavLife to find and contact ambulances is completely free for patients.
- SavLife is not responsible for the conduct, response time, pricing, or service quality of any listed ambulance.
- Always call 108 in life-threatening emergencies if no ambulance is available.
- SavLife is a directory — we do not guarantee ambulance availability at any given time.
4. For Ambulance Owners (Registered Partners)
- Owners must provide accurate, truthful information during registration.
- All uploaded documents must be genuine and valid.
- Owners are solely responsible for the service they provide to patients.
- SavLife reserves the right to remove any listing found to contain false information.
- Registration on SavLife is completely free. SavLife does not charge any registration fee.
5. No Charges, No Commission
- SavLife does not charge ambulance owners any fee to register or to be listed on the platform.
- SavLife does not charge any commission on bookings. The full trip fare, as agreed between the owner and the patient, belongs to the ambulance owner.
- There is no subscription, no plan, and no renewal payment at any point.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Register with false information or fake documents
- Misuse the platform to deceive patients or inflate pricing
- Attempt to scrape, hack, or disrupt the platform
- Post or transmit any harmful, illegal, or fraudulent content
7. Disclaimer of Liability
SavLife provides a listing platform only. We are not responsible for:
- The quality, speed, or availability of ambulance services
- Any harm resulting from use or non-availability of listed ambulances
- Disputes between patients and ambulance owners
Use of SavLife is at your own risk. In life-threatening situations, always call 108.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on savlife.in — including the SavLife name, logo, design, and text — is owned by SavLife. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of SavLife after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically for updates.
