Is SavLife free for patients?
Yes, SavLife is 100% free for patients and their families. You can search ambulances by city, view details, and call drivers directly — without any registration, app download, or booking fee.
How do I find an ambulance near me?
Go to the Find Ambulance page, select your city from the dropdown, and optionally filter by ambulance type. You'll see all verified ambulances available in that city. Tap "Call Now" to directly contact the driver.
Does SavLife guarantee ambulance availability?
No. SavLife is a directory platform. Availability depends on individual ambulance owners and drivers. We always recommend calling multiple ambulances if one is busy, and calling 108 in life-threatening emergencies.
Does SavLife charge commission on ambulance bookings?
No. SavLife takes zero commission on any booking, and registration is completely free for ambulance owners. When you call an ambulance driver through SavLife, you deal directly with them. All earnings from the trip go fully to the driver — SavLife does not charge anything to anyone.
Where is SavLife currently available?
SavLife is currently live in all 15 tehsils of Chandrapur District, Maharashtra — including Chandrapur, Ballarpur, Bhadravati, Warora, Chimur, Bramhapuri, Rajura, Gondpimpri, Jivati, Korpana, Mul, Nagbhid, Pomburna, Saoli, and Sindewahi. We are expanding to more districts soon.
What should I do if I can't find an ambulance in my city?
If no ambulance is listed in your city, please immediately call 108 (National Ambulance Emergency) or 112 (National Emergency Number). You can also contact us to request we prioritize expanding to your area.
Are the ambulance owners on SavLife verified?
Yes. Every ambulance owner goes through manual verification before their listing is made live. We check their driving license, vehicle RC, ID proof, and ambulance photo. However, SavLife is not responsible for the quality of service provided — please use judgment when calling.
How do I register my ambulance on SavLife?
Visit the Register Ambulance page, fill in your details (driver name, vehicle number, ambulance type, city, etc.), accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and submit. Registration is completely free — no payment needed at any step. After submitting, send your documents on the Verification page via WhatsApp, and our team activates your listing within 48 hours.
What documents are required for registration?
Send these on WhatsApp from the Verification page: (1) Name, Mobile Number, City & Vehicle Number, (2) Driving License — both sides, (3) Vehicle RC — both sides, (4) ID Proof — both sides, (5) Ambulance photo with driver, number plate clearly visible. All documents must be clear and readable.
Does SavLife charge any registration fee?
No. Registering your ambulance on SavLife is completely free — there is no registration fee, no subscription, and no hidden charge at any point.
How long does verification take?
Our team manually reviews your application within 48 working hours after receiving your documents on WhatsApp. You will be contacted via WhatsApp/email once your listing is live.
Will I ever be charged after registering?
No. There is no payment step, no renewal, and no recurring charge at any point after registration. SavLife does not ask ambulance owners for money.
Can I remove my listing anytime?
Yes. You can ask us to deactivate or remove your listing anytime by contacting us — there's no cancellation process since there was never a paid plan to begin with.
How do patients contact me after I'm listed?
Once your listing is live, patients in your city can see your ambulance details on SavLife. They tap "Call Now" which directly dials your registered mobile number. No middleman, no booking platform — direct call from patient to you.
Can I register multiple ambulances?
Yes. Each ambulance requires a separate registration with its own documents — free of charge, just like the first one. Contact us at for fleet registration assistance.

Is SavLife an ambulance service?
No. SavLife is a directory and listing platform — we do not own or operate any ambulances. We connect patients with independent local ambulance owners. Think of us like a phone book, but specifically for ambulances.
Which cities does SavLife cover?
Currently we cover all 15 tehsils of Chandrapur District, Maharashtra. We are expanding to other districts of Maharashtra in 2026. If you want SavLife in your city sooner, contact us or join our waitlist.
